Service Level Agreements:

GTL Service Level Agreement plans are designed to provide customers with piece of mind that in the event of a failure of internal ICT they are covered with a support plan. Our Plans ensure our customers are covered for hardware & software replacement, including any applied licenses & or labour costs for failed hardware. And of course – response times to ensure you are up and running asap. 

SLA plans are available for equipment provided & installed by GTL Networks & are limited to Auckland. SLAs are available via GTL Networks resellers in other regions

SLAs are an additional purchased cover, over & above the standard manufactures warranty.
